Service Description

Fusion World Dance is directed by Portales native Yolanda Chavez. Fusion specializes in Orientale (also know as Bellydance), Bollywood, and Spanish Dances. Fusion has hosted Bollywood Superstar Queen Harish and Katatrinaji with the Rajasthani Gypsy Caravan and has appeared in several stage shows like Albuquerque's Oriental Potpourri, East Meets West, and the Steampunk Spectacular, Night of Decadence at Clovis Civic Center and local recitals. Fusion also performs annually for the Clovis Ethnic Fair and Portales Peanut Valley Festival. Why is the price $300 for an hour? Putting on a costume takes at least an hour. Learning and perfecting a 4 minute World Dance Choreography takes at least 8-10 hours. We provide 3-5 songs for you. Will you dance at our charity fundraiser? We choose 1 charity per year to support with our dance. We always donate gift certificates for our dance classes. So, please do not hesitate to ask if you need support for your organization. Are your performances family friendly? Fusion is delighted in providing professional quality family friendly entertainment. We only offer family appropriate style performances. There is absolutely no profanity, nudity, lewd behavior or inappropriate subject matters in our performances. Do you offer special packages? Fusion is excited to offer special packages for Birthday parties, Bachelorette parties, Gal Pal parties! Dance performance, dance instruction, henna temporary tattoos and more! This package is called the Hipslingers Experience. Visit Booking Services to view. Please note if your performance location is 2 or more hours away from Portales, NM, Fusion asks that you provide accommodations for one night, one room with two beds to accommodate performers. Preferably the night before performance.

Cancellation Policy

Fusion World Dance performances must be notified three (3) days in advance of cancellation or full compensation will be due. A booking fee reserves your date. Drop-in for classes are now open! Please make sure and check the schedule for cancelation and or openings. Those classes that fill, will require registration in advance. Due to limited class sizes, registration for classes will only be available 24 hours prior to the class start time.  Become a Wix Member for Registering for Class: You must create/log in to your Wix account to Book classes or workshops and to purchase Pricing Plan Subscriptions. Click here to log in, and acknowledge the waiver. This must be done prior to attending any class.  www.yolandayoga-fusionworlddance.com  In-Studio Reservations: If you are feeling sick or think you may have been exposed to COVID19 DO NOT come to the studio. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class, doors will close prior to class starting and you will not be able to enter the studio once the doors are closed and locked.  If you make an In-Studio reservation and cannot make the class, you must cancel at least one hour prior to class start, that way your spot can be given to standby students at least 45 minutes prior to class start time. Reservations must be canceled online through your Wix account or a quick message to Yolanda. Full amount due if not canceled in advance.
